In this limited-time class, you will get an intensive introduction to piano, specifically designed to accompany you while you sing. Over 4 weeks you will learn Major and Minor Chords, what inversions are and why we use them, different rhythmical patterns, melody integration, and many different songs from a variety of genres.
You don’t need any previous Piano experience, however, it would be ideal if you have a Piano, Digital Keyboard, or midi Keyboard to practice at home.
Week 2:
- Introduction to Minor Chords
- Rhythmical patterns intro
- Songs w/Major and Minor chords
Week 1:
- Piano Basics, Notes, Fingers Numbers
- Major Chords on white keys
- Major chords on black keys
- Intro Song w/ Major chords
Week 4:
- More Chord Types
- Chord Inversions continued
- Melodies integration w/ Songs
- putting it all together
Week 3:
- 7th and Major 7 Chords
- Inversions
- Rhythm Patterns
- Songs w/ all chords types learned so far
